At Pretty Feral Jewelry Co., returns are reviewed and processed in the order they are received.
Return Eligibility
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Your request must include:

- Clear photos of the item and any damage, defect, or concern
Requests received after the 7-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with the required photos and order information.
- We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process approved refunds within 7 days of receiving the return.
Return Shipping
The returning customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please allow your payment provider additional time to post the refund to your account.
